No validity overlapping of objects to be created and relationship target

Diagnosis
The validity periods of the objects to be created and the relationship target do not overlap.
System Response
A relationship cannot be created, because neither the objects to be created nor the relationship target exist at the same point in time. However, a relationship can only be created within the validity periods of the relationship source and target.
Procedure
For the objects to be created, select a validity period that overlaps with that of the relationship target. Alternatively, select a relationship target with a validity period that overlaps with the objects to be created.
