Diagnosis

A data record for the force element with the same service offer already exists in an overlapping period.

It is possible that you cannot see this record in the table at the moment, perhaps because you selected another period for display, or filtered the selection by a particular status. It is also possible that you are not authorized to display or process records with the status of the overlapping record. However, you cannot create a new record in this period.

System Response

The data record you entered cannot be stored because a service from a force element can only be offered once for a particular period. Here, the status of the old and new record is irrelevant.

Procedure

Change the period so that it does not overlap, or delimit the other record accordingly.
