End date for the assignment to "&1" (&2) must be before &3

Diagnosis
The end date of the selected assignment to a contingent must not be after a specific date. This value is equal to the minimum of the end date of the relevant operation/exercise contingent, end date of the corresponding operation/exercise contingent relationship of the higher-level force element, and the end date of the force element to be assigned.
System Response
You are not allowed to create an assignment with an end date that is after the maximum end date described.
Procedure
Select an end date that is before or the same as the maximum end date permitted.
