Diagnosis

The start date of the selected assignment to a contingent must not be before a specific date. This value is equal to the maximum of the start date of the relevant operation/exercise contingent, start date of the corresponding operation/exercise contingent relationship of the higher-level force element, start date of the force element to be assigned, and the current date.

System Response

You are not allowed to create an assignment with a start date that is before the minimum start date described.

Procedure

Select a start date that is after or the same as the minimum start date permitted.
