Diagnosis
For at least one force element or position to be deleted, there is a relationship (wartime, administrative chain of command, operation, or exercise) for the object specified (force element (O), position (S), or person (P)). This object is not part of the object quantity to be deleted. To ensure data consistency, the relationship specified must also be deleted.
This relationship is an external relationship, which is stored in either infotype 1955 or infotype 1985. Infotype 1955 contains all relationships for wartime establishment (subtype V*) and for the administrative chain of command (subtype T*). Infotype 1985 contains all relationships for the operational (subtype E*) or exercise (subtype U*) structure.
An error occurred when deleting the record specified.
System Response
The entire deletion activity is terminated.
Procedure
Delete the record separately. Resolve any errors. Then run the structural deletion activity again.
