Diagnosis
For at least one force element or position to be delimited, there is a relationship (wartime, administrative chain of command, operation, or exercise) for the object specified (force element (O), position (S), or person (P)). This object is not part of the object quantity to be delimited. However, to ensure data consistency, the relationship specified must be delimited.
This relationship is an external relationship, which is stored in either infotype 1955 or infotype 1985. Infotype 1955 contains all relationships for wartime establishment (subtype V*) and for the administrative chain of command (subtype T*). Infotype 1985 contains all relationships for the operational (subtype E*) or exercise (subtype U*) structure.
You do not have the authorization to delimit the object-infotype-subtype combination mentioned.

The entire delimitation or activation activity is terminated.
Procedure
Obtain the appropriate authorization, or have an administrator who is authorized to edit the specified record delimit the record. Then run the delimitation or activation activity again.
