Reference force element &1 is inconsistent

Diagnosis

You have attempted to load a reference force element that does not have a record in table /ISDFPS/FORCE. Objects such as these (although possible in the standard HR system) are regarded as inconsistent in the Structures Workbench because part of the data required is missing.

System Response

In the Structures Workbench, only reference force elements with a record in table /ISDFPS/FORCE can be loaded. The system terminates the loading procedure.

Procedure

There are several reasons why a record may be missing from table /ISDFPS/FORCE for an organizational unit:

• You have created a reference force element in a transaction in the standard HR system (such as PP01 or PPOME): This is not allowed if you are working with the DFPS solution. Create reference force elements in the Structures Workbench only.
• As the result of a system termination in the Structures Workbench, the inconsistency described above occurred when data was updated: Arrange for the record that is missing from table /ISDFPS/FORCE to be created using report /ISDFPS/CREATE_FORCE_FROM_ORGU.
