Diagnosis
According to the purchase order, serial numbers are mandatory for material . However, material has not been planned completely at serial-number level.
System Response
The material plan cannot be executed or converted, so no purchase order is generated.
Procedure
Plan material completely at serial-number level and repeat the conversion into a purchase order.
