Diagnosis
The unit of measurement for kilograms is not defined uniquely in Customizing. As a result, the system cannot determine the unit of measurement uniquely.
System Response
Procedure
Change the Customizing settings so that only one unit of measurement contains the ISO code KGM for kilograms, then try to create a declaration again.
