Diagnosis
The system attempted to read the declaration level for direction from provider of information . However, no valid declaration level was found.
System Response
Procedure
Go to the transaction for editing the provider of information and enter a valid declaration level for the specified direction.
Then try to create the declaration again with your selected values.
