Method BADI_FSR_TELESALES_ANWB of BAdI /DSD/SL_FSR_TS_ANWB is used to check whether the application area of dummy order , which was created in R/3, is relevant for visits. This prerequisite for creating a preseller order has not been met.
System Response
The order recorded during the tour cannot be created.
Procedure
Go to Customizing under Sales and Distribution -> Sales Support -> Telefphone Sales -> Application Areas and check the settings for the application area of order .
