Diagnosis
You tried to view assignments of a tax objects hierarchy to a company code. Basically, you do not have the authorization to do this.
System Response
In this case, the system does not allow you to view.
Procedure
Obtain authorization to view assignments (J_3RF_TAXA activity 03) from your user administrator.
