Diagnosis

The action definition you want to generate is an aggregate action definition. You can only generate and save an action definition that you have specified as aggregate in one business document at a time.

Contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administration

To disable the aggregate feature for the action definition, you must deselect the Aggregate checkbox for the action definition in the Action Settings of the Customizing activity Maintain Output Management Adapter Settings.

Example

You have generated aggregate action definition AS1 in business document FU1. Therefore, you cannot generate the action AS1 in document FU2.

If you save the document FU1, the system makes the action AS1 available in FU2. If you cancel FU1, you can generate the action AS1 in FU2.
