Diagnosis

You want to execute particular action definitions that are specified in one or more business documents you have selected on the worklist screen. However, if the system reports errors, it did not successfully execute some or all of the action definitions.

System Response

The system executes all the valid action definitions. It does not execute the actions that contain errors and those that are not relevant for the relevant business document.

Procedure

To analyze errors, open each of the business documents you have included in the mass output request in the worklist screen and perform the following actions:

• Choose the Output Management tab page
• Under Processed with Errors in the Action Status column, choose the action definition
• In the Message Log tab page, check the status of the action definition
• Where errors exist, use the messages in the log to make corrections
