Diagnosis
The business object (BO) node is not connected to the post processing framework (PPF).

Procedure
You must connect action profiles in PPF to a business object node to ensure the node participates in output management. You can do this in the Maintain PPF Settings and Maintain Output Management Adapter Settings Customizing activities.
