Client=&1: not all special customer types could be converted

Diagnosis

Not all types of special customers who are stored in the customers in the client can be converted into special partner types.

Suitable special partner types have neither been created nor set.

System Response

The corresponding customer groups cannot be converted.

In the following, those customers groups whose special customer indicators cannot be changed to special partner types, are listed.

Procedure

Check the settings of the special partner types:

  • Log on in client .
  • Check the settings of the special partner types for ship-to parties and adjust or complete them.

Restart converting the special customers into the master data for ship- to parties (report ) or assign the customer groups in the Customizing dialog.
