Diagnosis
The material cannot be deleted, as there are still Excise Duty master data being maintained on the level.
Procedure
First, please remove the data from the level. If there are no data for the material displayed, the material is used in company codes which you cannot access.
The master data cannot be deleted prior to the deletion of the data of all sub-levels.
