Diagnosis
You tried to hide a field of the ED master data dialog that still contains data.
System Response
Hiding this field is not allowed.
Procedure
First remove the values in the ED material master at client level for tax type : (Material Master->Basic Data 1->Excise Duty->Client or using transaction MM02)
