Creating stock ledger grp characts excl. for tax warehouse not permitted

Diagnosis
You try to create a stock ledger group for the tax warehouse although a superordinate entry (with or without tax type) has not yet been created. For consistency's sake such an entry is indispensible.
System Response
Creating the entry is denied.
Procedure
First, create a general entry (e.g. for tax type); then create the entry for the tax warehouse. If the stock ledger group shal be permissible for the indicated tax warehouse exclusively, block the superordinate entry via the block scheme.
