Diagnosis
If you change the point of destination, or dispatch the material to a different consignee from the one in the original order, you must use the SD document chain to map this.
System Response
Procedure
Create a returns order for the consignee (special order type for this transaction) with a reference to the original order. Deliver this order and post the delivery as a goods issue.
Create a new consignee for the order (special order type for this transaction) with a reference to the original order. Deliver this order and post the delivery as a goods issue.
The system recognizes a change of destination on the basis of the document constellation and initiates a message to GTS.
If your delivery scenario calls for the material to be returned to your plant, enter consignee type Plant.
