Task processor cannot be started, SDCCN is not activated (see longtext)

Diagnosis
SDCCN has to be activated before the first usage. This activation fills the necessary customizing tables. It has been detected that these customizing tables are not filled, thus the background job for SDCCN may not be scheduled.
System Response
Procedure
Activate SDCCN via menu "Utilities" -> "Activate". By this the background job will automatically be scheduled.
