Diagnosis
In order to control SDCCN from a Solution Manager system, an RFC connection from the system running SDCCN to the Solution Manager system is necessary, the so called 'BACK-Destination'. The RFC connection could not be registered in SDCCN.

Go to transaction SM59 and perform a connection and an authorization test for RFC connection .
