Activation of SDCCN background job failed

Diagnosis
SDCCN has its own periodic background job, called 'Task processor'. The technical name is '/BDL/TASK_PROCESSOR'. The creation of this job failed.
System Response
Procedure
Start transaction SDCCN and create the background job via menu 'Goto' -> 'Settings' -> 'Task Processor'.
