Diagnosis
SDCCN uses an own RFC connection to the SAP Support Portal with name 'SDCC_OSS'. The creation of this RFC connection failed.
System Response
Procedure
The connection SDCC_OSS is created as a copy of the connection 'SAPOSS'. Make sure that this connection works by performing a connection test in transaction SM59.
