Forward exchange rate calculation: yield curve error (see long text)

Diagnosis
The system cannot determine a forward rate for exchange rate category and market data area because there is an error in the yield curve required for calculation (yield curve type and currency ).
Possible errors are:
- The combination of yield curve type and currency specified does not exist in market data area .
- The Customizing settings for the yield curve specified contain errors.
- The system was unable to find any (consistent) interest rates / interest rate spreads to create the yield curve. This can also involve market data scenarios.
