Diagnosis
With Release 6.40 of the SAP Business Partner, planned change documents have been replaced by a comprehensive time dependency concept.
Your system may contain unconverted planned change documents for business partners, meaning that the business partner shadow table contains inconsistent entries.
System Response
Termination message: You cannot use the business partner shadow table.
Procedure
Run report RFKKGPSHUPDATE; this creates a valid data status in the business partner shadow table.
