Diagnosis
Business partners must not be locked by changing activities if you:
- Want to fill the business partner shadow table with the transaction GPSHAD_NEW
- Want to validate invalid entries of the business partner shadow table with transaction GPSHAD_UPDATE
System Response
The system cannot start the mass activity.
Procedure
- Make sure that no business partner is locked by changing activities.
- Start the mass activity again.
