Workflow counter for clarification case is already at 0

Diagnosis
When working in a workflow you tried to reduce by one (-1) the clarification case counter, which determines the number of active workflows the case is in. This counter was already at 0 however.
System Response
Procedure
Check the workflow definition. If it does not show an error, work items in the workflow may have been terminated for a number of reasons. This could lead to inconsistencies in the workflow counter.
Notify your workflow administrator so that all worklist items for this clarification case can be deleted. This will mean that the workflow counter for the case will be returned to its correct status (0).
