Diagnosis
You have assigned the free interface more than one module on a hierarchy level in the application heirarchy. The super indicator is not set for at least one assignment.
Such a configuration is not allowed. Either one module on the hierarchy level can be entered, or all modules on the same level must have the super indicator set.
