Diagnosis
This could be for the following reasons:
- The entry is not correct.
- The request was not archived.
- The index entry was deleted from the Archive Information System.
System Response
Procedure
Check whether you have entered the request number correctly.
If it concerns a request number, the index entry of which was already deleted from the Archive Information System because of the age of the request, the index entries can be replicated.
