The problem is caused by one of the following:
- The entry is not correct.
- The document has not been archived.
- The index entry has been deleted from the archive information system.
System Response
Procedure
Check whether you have entered the document number correctly.
If this is a document whose index entry has been deleted from the archive information system based on the age of the document, you can replicate the index entries.
