Diagnosis
FI-CA documents are being archived. For the document currently being process, the residence period with reference to the posting date has expired. Since the document could be being archived, you cannot perform a reversal, reset, return, or document change for this document.
System Response
Since a reversal, reset of clearing, or return also changes the document in addition to the current change, these transactions are locked for old documents as long as archiving is running.
