Diagnosis
The sender's address for an item of correspondence could not be determined.
System Response
Correspondence could not be created.
Procedure
Normally, the sender address from the responsible company code of the contract account that underlies the correspondence, is the one that is used.
Check the correct definition of addresses for the company codes in the system settings.
If this does not help then proceed as follows.
