BTE &1 cannot be called as RFC

Diagnosis
The BTE specified is assigned to an external product in Customizing. An RFC destination is defined for this product. No RFC calls are possible in the BTEs for Account Management.
System Response
Procedure
- Remove the RFC entry for the customer/partner product in Customizing.
- Program a function module that contains the RFC call for the module in the external system currently assigned to the BTE.
- Assign the new module to the BTE.
