Diagnosis
The correspondence was not sent to the customer. Since there was no relevant information for the correspondence period, an entry was written in the correspondence history in the interest of completeness, but a letter was not sent to the customer.
System Response
You cannot display anything from the optical archive since there was no correspondence produced.
