Recipient simulation for correspondence type &1 not permitted

Diagnosis
A recipient simulation is not permitted for correspondence type . This is defined in Customizing for the correspondence type and is recommended in the case of incoming correspondence.
System Response
A recipient simulation is not executed, and no correspondence is created.
Procedure
Check the system settings and correct where necessary.
