Bank ID for business partner not deleted

Diagnosis
With immediate effect, transaction FPP4 can no longer be used to delete bank IDs for business partners. Instead, the required deletion date is included in the bank ID as valid to date. Note that the bank ID still exists, but cannot be used after the validity date has expired.
