Diagnosis
No creditiworthiness data was found for the business partner selected.
Creditworthiness data is created for a business partner in the following cases:
- If you are in change mode for the creditworthiness transaction. If no creditworthiness data exists for the business partner, the system automatically creates an initial record.
- If the business partner is dunned or a return is posted with update. In this case, the dunning program or returns program generates the corresponding creditworthiness entries for the business partner.
