Diagnosis
You need special authorization to be able to select business partner items that are not subjected to charge-off checking rules. You do not have this authorization.
System Response
The only business partner items you can charge off are those complying with the defined checking rules.
Procedure
If you want to charge-off without the usage of checking rules, you must request the appropriate authorization. Contact your system administrator.
