Correspondence recipient entry cannot be found

Diagnosis
An attempt was made to change an entry in the correspondence recipient table for contract account in Direct Input with the business partner key for account: and internal identification number: . This entry is not contained in the table.
System Response
Procedure
Direct Input does not support the changing of correspondence recipient data. Only the deletion of correspondence recipients and the entering of new correspondence recipients is permitted. The field INTNUMBER must not be filled in the Direct Input interface.
Check your planned changes or create a problem message should this error occur during an activation run of planned account changes and not during a normal Direct Input.
