Document interval for business partner &1 not completely included

Diagnosis
When creating the write-off document for business partner , the amount interval could not be fully taken into account. An error occurred in converting document currency to write-off currency .
System Response
The line items affected are not cleared.
Procedure
Check the documents belonging to business partner to be written off and if necessary write off the items manually in the document currency.
