Diagnosis
In the database table that manages the receivables for transfer to external collection agencies () the system could not find the entry with the key fields:
Document number
Collection item number
However, since collection item number is marked in the receivable, there is an inconsistency.
System Response
The receivable cannot be made ready for transfer to an external collection agency.
Procedure
Release the receivable manually (for transfer to an external collection agency).
