Diagnosis
The dunning proposal run discovered items that are marked technically with collection item number 999. These items are contained in an internal collection case.
System Response
The dunning proposal run does not take such items into account.
The system issues the information message in the application log.
Procedure
If necessary, recall items from the internal collection.
