Diagnosis
In the parameters for the dunning activity run, you have specified the run ID of a dunning proposal run for which there are no entries in the dunning history.
System Response
If you start the dunning activity run, the system will not create any dunning notices.
Procedure
Specify a run ID for which there are entries in the dunning history.
