Diagnosis
The system always updates a trigger table (bookmark table) if there is an incoming payment flow that could stop a dunning procedure that is in progress. The table is then processed in the 'End dunning procedure by incoming payment' report. In this report, the system checks whether the incoming amounts are sufficient to end a dunning procedure in progress. In this case, there was no dunning procedure in progress for the entry in the trigger table. One reason for this might be that the dunning procedure was already canceled manually by a clerk.
