Diagnosis
Different exit modules are processed during processing of returns. Function module reported an error for event .
System Response
Depending on the event, the system usually tries to post the return item nonetheless. However, if the message involves a critical error, posting does not take place.
Procedure
Check the job log, or read the online log to see which error led to the error. Check whether your entries are correct.
The document you wanted to post might have led to an unforseeable situation in the function module, which can only be eliminated by correcting the coding.
