Item &1 cannot be deleted - no document is entered in lot

Diagnosis
You can only delete an item from the clarification worklist for returns if the item has the status cleared and a returns document number has been entered in the lot itself. This is not the case for item in lot .
System Response
The item is not deleted.
Procedure
Check whether the posting was successfully cleared. If yes, there may be an error in the program. In this case, enter an OSS message specifying the lot indicator and the item number of the line in question.
