Diagnosis
While new rows were being entered in the database, the system registered returns code .
System Response
It is not possible to add any new rows to this returns lot. Existing rows were changed, deletion requests were also made.
Procedure
Create an OSS message for SAP, including the return ID, the return code, and the procedure you used.
