Returns amt &1 for incoming payment smaller than expected amount &2 &3

Diagnosis
The current returns amount (house bank amount) is less than the amount expected (original payment amount). For returns from incoming payments, the house bank amount may not be less than the original payment amount.
System Response
The return is not posted and appears as a faulty item for postprocessing in the returns lot.
Procedure
Check and correct the return amount as necessary.
