A method has not been defined for this application area as to how open items are to be cleared under internal clearing.
System Response
The open items cannot be cleared.
Procedure for System Administration
If there is no function module available for event 0620 to enable you to generate the clearing line items, proceed as follows:
Use another payment method or change the payment method by deselecting the indicator Payment through internal clearing in the attributes for the payment methods in the country.
